The Community Director at AIGA CT spearheads engagement efforts with local designers, artists, and industry stakeholders through events and partnerships, focusing on membership growth, satisfaction, and community impact. They lead, mentor, and innovate to foster a vibrant and inclusive design ecosystem in Connecticut, ensuring AIGA CT remains responsive and relevant within the evolving creative landscape. Critical Knowledge and/or Skills (preferred):

  • Strong understanding of the design industry landscape and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Effective leadership and mentorship abilities to inspire and empower volunteers.
  • Organizational and project management proficiency to plan and execute events and initiatives.
