Bernardo Torres is a seasoned creative leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations build strong, relevant brands that connect with audiences and drive business impact. His work blends strategic thinking with high-level execution across disciplines, from branding and advertising to digital experience and experiential design.

An HBDI assessment—similar to the Myers-Briggs—identified Bernardo as a rare “yellow/green” thinker, reflecting a unique balance of right-brain creativity and left-brain analytical thinking. This duality has allowed him to lead projects that span brand strategy, user experience, digital publishing, interactive design, web, video, and branded environments for corporate events.

He is currently the Creative Director at ADL (Anti-Defamation League), where he leads a multidisciplinary in-house team and oversees the organization’s visual identity and campaigns. Before joining ADL, Bernardo held senior creative roles at J.P. Morgan, Prosek Partners, and PwC. At J.P. Morgan, he led design for the firm’s Investment Management Americas business; at Prosek, he partnered closely with clients in financial services to develop strategic branding initiatives and creative platforms; and at PwC, he helped evolve the brand through integrated, multi-platform campaigns.

Originally from Mexico City, Bernardo earned his BFA in Graphic Design and Interior Architecture from Universidad Iberoamericana. He is also an alumnus of the highly selective Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders program—a collaboration between the Yale School of Management and AIGA—developed specifically for senior design professionals seeking to broaden their leadership impact.
