Amanda is a Senior Graphic and Instructional Designer with 8+ years of experience in print, marketing, web, and educational eLearning content. She specializes in leading creative campaigns, managing print and digital media art direction, and designing engaging and effective learning experiences.

In her current role at ThayerMahan, Amanda oversees instructional systems design for various training programs, incorporating graphics and animations to enhance learning outcomes.

Before ThayerMahan, Amanda served as an eLearning Project Coordinator at Simplify Compliance, designing educational explainer videos, and customized eLearning library UIs, and led the design of digital and print eLearning course catalogs. Amanda has also managed art direction for a long-form healthcare magazine and developed design layouts for healthcare products at Simplify Compliance.
