In-house Meetup: How to Collaborate with Non-Designers

The best way to explain what high resolution means to everyone else.

If you’re educating clients and colleagues that .jpgs aren’t vector graphics for the 300th time or seem to continually find yourself in sticky scheduling situations, then you won’t want to miss our workshop! We explore how best to communicate with the non-designers on our teams to ensure we get what we need to make the materials they need on time and on budget.

Chris Nasshan, AIGA CT Director, Community, and Ryan Thorp, AIGA CT Chair, In-House, will cover how to navigate collaboration throughout the project cycle and how to effectively communicate the how’s and why’s of what we contribute and will execute upon as designers. Followed by a Q&A.

Thanks to our community of in-house designers for this workshop suggestion!

Nash is now back home in Connecticut with his family, embracing his new role as Senior Art Director for Avid Marketing Group.
