Steve Machesney is VP of Strategy at Hartford, Conn.-based creative firm Fathom. As an adviser to leadership and marketing teams, Steve helps organizations increase business results with their investments in digital, brand and marketing strategies. Before coming to Fathom, Steve was the Global Online Strategist for Covidien and, most recently, General Manager for online marketing educator WebMark. He lives in New Haven, Conn. with his family and is an avid sailor and aspiring boat builder.
