AIGA CT's 2015 Emerging Professionals Workshop presents insights on how to land a job and stay in-demand in today’s creative business environment.
At AIGA Connecticut’s 2015 Emerging Professional Workshop, all kinds of creative professionals from around CT provide insight on how to land a job and stay in-demand in today's creative business environment.
Graduating students and emerging talent are invited to interact in a panel discussion of industry professionals and present their portfolios* in a one-on-one mock interview! Whether your ambition is to join a firm or freelance, you will receive important career tips, get valuable feedback on your work, and start to build a network of peers and professionals who share their perspectives on what works, what doesn't, and why.
*Please note: You must check the box labeled "Participate in Portfolio Review" to have your work reviewed in the one-on-one mock interviews. Bring your portfolio, iPad, or laptop with a minimum of 5 examples of your work for the portfolio review. Be prepared to present your work and take notes so you can hone your interview skills to help you secure the job you really want.
