Tracy is the Creative Director at Optima Group, Inc. where she manages all creative strategy and design. She tries to break the boundaries of financial services branding and marketing, noting that ideation for an industry with no tangible product is both challenging and rewarding. Tracy has worked on websites, annual reports, publishing, integrated marketing and her favorite, branding. Notable clients include Sotheby’s, IBM, GE, Hightower Advisors, Tambrands, Swiss Army, PNC Bank and leading wealth management firms.
Additionally, Tracy designed the watch face for the only timepiece sold by elite jeweler Black, Starr & Frost. She was also one of the founding members of The Newtowner: An Arts and Literary Magazine where she designed the magazine and wrote short articles. She art directed and managed the special issue published in memory of those lost at the Sandy Hook School in which many designers, artists, photographers and writers in CT donated their talents.
Tracy received a BS in Graphic Design from Sacred Heart University and her MBA from the Jack Welch College of Business and Technology at Sacred Heart University in 2019.
In her spare time Tracy wrote a manuscript, Safe Inside Bedlam, which she is actively trying to get published. She also enjoys painting, sewing, reading and hanging out with her kids. She does not enjoy vacuuming or cooking.
